To respect historical guidelines, the front exterior of this guest home on top of a garage was carefully aligned with the exterior of the historic main house during a whole home remodeling project. In the back, a wraparound upper deck allows for expansive views. The ADU was added to create a comfortable and stylish space on the grounds of their home for a young family who frequently welcome friends and relatives from out of town.
