Our Premium Client Care Warranty demonstrates that JDR significantly exceeds the industry standard when it comes to standing behind our work. The Premium Client Care warranty also ensures that our trade contractors are aware of the high standards and accountability JDR expects from them on every project.
The JDR Premium Client Care Warranty is one of the strongest in the nation. Our written warranty is a natural outcome of JDR’s tenacious focus on customer satisfaction. We do everything we can to ensure that your project runs smoothly and we keep you informed in detail throughout the remodeling process. Our written warranty is a reminder that we will be there for you on that rare occasion when something unexpected happens.

10 Year Warranty
You have hired one of the most reliable and respected design build firms in the nation. We commit to producing high quality work that will stand the test of time. JDR guarantees against latent defects in construction or workmanship for a period of ten (10) years after completion of your project.
4 Year Warranty
JDR uses only top quality material for our design build projects. We commit to helping you if issues arise concerning materials used in your remodel. JDR will supply you with any manufactured warranties from our industry partners at the time of construction. Should a manufacturer need to repair or replace an appliance, manufactured component, equipment or material as per their warranty(ies), JDR will assist you with coordinating the process. Though not legally obligated to, JDR may also provide you with the construction labor related to the repair or replacement without charge.
2 Year Warranty
The Required standard “one year expressed limited warranty” (also known as the “Fit and Finish Warranty”) is an industry standard and a California law. At JDR, we hold ourselves and our trade contractors to a higher standard. We double the time of the required warranty to TWO YEARS, another way to demonstrate our responsibility and accountability to you for every project we undertake.
