JDR achieves a client satisfaction rate of 98% with GuildQuality, an independent survey company. Our high satisfaction rates have earned JDR the GuildQuality’s distinguished Guildmaster and Guildmaster with Highest Distinction for seventeen consecutive years (2007-2023).

Todd Jackson, President and CEO of Jackson Design and Remodeling, entered the remodeling business at age 20, became a licensed General Contractor at 23 and built his first addition by age 24. Since he launched JDR in 1989, Todd has been driven to be the best in the industry and to develop innovative methods to achieve his goals rather than relying on standard remodeling practices. Todd was a finalist for the prestigious National Fred Case Entrepreneur of the Year Award, as well as the San Diego Business Journal’s “Most Admired CEO” Award. While many remodelers typically face the challenge of growth impeding quality, Todd’s leadership and innovation continue to be a model for the industry.
