Residential Designer, Associate AIA

David was born into a family with an impressive history of master carpenters and craftsmen, including his great-great grandfather who brought his family to San Diego for the development of Balboa Park and other historic sites in San Diego. David enthusiastically joined the trade himself starting with framing and remodeling homes before following in his father’s and grandfather’s footsteps by pursuing residential design. As a Residential Designer for Jackson Design and Remodeling, David contributes 12 years of hands-on experience in construction and architectural plan development to help clients see their dreams come to life. David is adept at using Revit, an architectural software, to produce designs, construction documents, and 3D visualizations for clients. David is excited to be on a team that fully embraces and maximizes this technology, which is relatively new to residential remodeling. When he’s not at work, David spends time with family, enjoys playing soccer and is a loyal Chargers fan.
