Kyle

Design Assistant

Kyle’s focus on architectural design and passion for interior design are invaluable in his role as a Design Assistant for Jackson Design and Remodeling. A talented professional who believes in lifelong learning, he consistently strives to build his admirable creative and technical capabilities. Kyle knew he would pursue a creative career at an early age and has always been drawn to the history of design, expressed in styles such as the Victorian era, Craftsman period, and Spanish Revival. At the NewSchool of Architecture and Design, Kyle earned a Bachelor of Architecture, NAAB, where he studied high-end residential architecture and interior design as well as how to address environmental issues and sustainable concepts. During Kyle’s education, he also designed a thesis around therapeutic design and evidence-based design (EBD) strategies.

Kyle brings superb communication and team collaboration skills to the workplace. He assists with multiple simultaneous projects in the fast-paced Design department where his productive and professional work ethic makes an impact. He applies his attention to detail and listening skills to assist Designers with their projects, creating tile and countertop drawings, presentation boards, manual drafts, and renderings. Kyle appreciates the client-focused approach of JDR’s design build remodeling process and the opportunity to work closely with talented experts in their fields.

Once a competitive soccer and volleyball player, Kyle now likes to see live concerts and spend time with his dog Saint when he’s not at work.
