Estimator

As an Estimator for Jackson Design and Remodeling, Steve contributes an enthusiastic service-oriented approach, closely listening to clients to achieve a comprehensive understanding of each project. He is a main liaison between JDR and our trade partners, researching, negotiating, and adapting to assure on-time and on-budget delivery. He assists in the creation of scopes of work and reviews ongoing projects to anticipate needed materials. He thrives in the dynamic design build environment, expertly managing multiple timelines while paying close attention to detail. Steve works closely with Project Directors, designers and production managers to bring each project to a successful completion and provide exceptional client service. He is an outstanding communicator whose positive attitude and approachable personality are an invaluable asset to the JDR team. When he’s not at work, Steve is often outdoors, spending time with his family, and either playing competitive disc golf or exploring night hikes to see the moon rise on San Diego trails.
