Wind ‘n Sea Beach Home
Originally a simple beach cottage and a second home for the owners, this whole house remodel added a second level and approximately 1,400 sq. ft. to create a beautiful and comfortable permanent home in the Wind ‘n Sea area of La Jolla. The new design and addition accommodates large family gatherings as well as the couple’s plan to eventually pass the home on to the next generation.
