This stunning beach home in Bird Rock was completely rebuilt from the ground up while retaining the essence of the original 1945 bungalow. The 3-bedroom, 2 bath home blends design elements of a classic beach house with a fresh modern perspective and sustainable living features such as solar energy and drought-conscious landscaping.
